Friday, October 25th
7:30 am – 8:00 am: Martha’s Wake-up Groove Moves
8:00 am – 9:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 am – 11:30 am: Guided hike or trail jog (both are options for participants)
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Creative/Introspective Group Session
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Yoga
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Dinner
Saturday, October 26th
7:15 am – 8:00 am: Mat Pilates
8:00 – 9:00 am: Breakfast
10:00 am – 11:30 am: Guided Trail Hike or Jog
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Trip into town of Chester
4:30 pm – 5: 30 pm: Yoga
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Dinner
7:15 pm – 9:00 pm: Bonfire Gathering
Sunday, October 27th
7:30 am – 8:00 am: Pack up bags/drop in lobby
8:00 am – 9:00 am: Breakfast
9:15 am – 10:15 am: Group walk or jog on GH Trails
10:45 am – 12:00 pm: Yoga/Closing Meditation
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm: Depart
