GET READY TO RACE YOUR BEST!  Whether it’s working on skills or the need to put in some big Coach Martha workout days, you’ll leave ready to rock the distance or the intensity!

CUSTOMIZE YOUR RETREAT NEEDS  based on your goals. Examples of Focused Training Retreats include;

  • Big Ironman Training Sessions (Martha will coach you through the long haul)
  • Technique Focused Training 
  • Bike Focused Training (put in the miles, hills, intervals and technique work)
  • Run Focused Training 

Also included during your overnight stays are;

  • 1 x 60 minute Yoga session
  • 3 meals per full stay days 
  • Comfortable Accommodations

2 nights/2 days: $575 per person (for example, arrive on a Friday afternoon and depart on a Sunday afternoon). 

Single Day Training/No Overnight Stay: $300 per person per day
